prepare for eternity. Most people are living for today with barely a thought of tomorrow. We are so caught up with the affairs of this life that we give little attention to eternity. But neither can we ignore our responsibilities on earth. Christians in the world are the only real spiritual light in the midst of great spiritual darkness. God has entrusted us with the privilege of living for Him down here. And, thankfully, He also gives us reason to look forward to the glories of Heaven.
