heaven of heavens [that] cannot contain God” (1 Kings 8:27 nkjv ). The psalmist said, “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me. . . . I cannot attain it” (Psalm 139:6 nkjv ). When we get to Heaven, we will be in His pres ence forever. Jesus said, “Where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:3 nkjv ). Our earthly minds are limited, but when we move to God’s country, our understanding will be illuminated. We will not want to leave because His glory will take eternity to explore. In Heaven, our knowledge will be perfect—and so will all creation. “Creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious free dom of the children of God” (Romans 8:21). Will we ride on chariots of clouds or walk on the wings of the wind like the Lord? (Psalm 104:3). We don’t know the scope of our activity in Heaven, but Jesus promised that we would be with Him. Stop and consider this wondrous God.
