Problem

Possible Cause and Solution

Double-click the lower left corner of the login dialog box as admin. A dialog box appears.  Note down the serial number and then contact your dealer for a temporary password. Log in with the temporary password and then reset your password.  Use your mobile surveillance app to scan the QR code ( Settings > Forgot Device Password ).  Disable the firewall and close the anti-virus program on your computer.  Enable your Internet Explorer(IE) to check for newer versions of the stored pages every time you visit the webpage ( Tools > Internet Options > General > Settings ).  Add your NVR's IP address to the trusted sites in your IE ( Tools > Internet Options > Security ). Add your NVR's IP address to the Compatibility View list in your IE ( Tools > Compatibility View Settings ).  Check if the bit rate is 0Mbps in the live view window. If yes, check if the firewall has been disabled, and the anti-virus program has been stopped on your computer.   Close your web browser when the installation starts.  Clear your IE's cache.

Forgot the login password

The Web plugin (ActiveX) cannot be loaded.

No images are displayed in live view on the Web interface.
