M ONEY

Ecclesiastes 5 - 10 whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless.

1 Timothy 6 - 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Luke 16 13 "No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money."

Psalm 37 - 16 Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked;

1 Timothy 6 - 17 Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

Luke 16 - 10 "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. 11 So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? Isaiah 55 - Invitation to the Thirsty 1 "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. 2 Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

Philippians 4 19 And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Proverbs 13 11 Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.

Proverbs 15 16 Better a little with the fear of the LORD than great wealth with turmoil.

Proverbs 11 28 whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.

Proverbs 17 5 He who mocks the poor shows contempt for their Maker; whoever gloats over disaster will not go unpunished.

Philippians 4 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

Hebrews 13 5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

Matthew 25 21 "His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in harge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'
