The HTC Stor Continues “Refining Our Craft . . . Expanding Our Line” “Warm greetings to you from HTC! We have so much to update you with as we step into a fresh new season, filled with excitement and optimism, continually bringing you the very best in Poly Outdoor Furniture. We’ve just emerged from a long and trying season, as many of you have as well. So many things took place, many of them were the most challenging we’ve ever faced as a growing company. Along with our team, we’ve worked together steadfastly and teamed up to face each of those challenges, turning them into new opportunities. We are grateful for so many blessings, among them are all of our workers, our suppliers, and most of all you, our remarkable customers! You have clearly shown your support by your continued, earnest desire to carry our products. You’ve shown grace and patience in bearing with such issues as supply shortages and production delays. Together, we’ve come out on the other side, and are now seeing the fruit of those efforts in the growth of our expanding line of furniture, and the improvement of our customer service. We are now operating full time in our new 24,000 square foot production and warehousing facility. In addition, we’ve expanded our communications staff to more efficiently field your calls and e-mails, and in so doing, we’ve ultimately streamline our orders. We’ve enhanced our Daisy line by adding two new styles, the Daisy Square and the Daisy Comfy. In addition, we are also happy to announce the addition of our Craftsman Style chairs, which quickly joined our best-sellers list. And lastly, the popularity of our Brunch/ Buffet Tables inspired us to design our new Square Brunch / Buffet Table and Square Saddle Stools. All of these new products have been warmly embraced by our customers, and we thank you! We also held our very first Dealer Day event in October, and we were very pleased with the outcome.
