The Lofted Casita makes a great two-fold backyard combination.

It makes a great backyard office or hobby space, while still using the back half to store your mower or garden tools.

The Lofted Casita comes standard with two large loft areas, 4- 2×3 windows, one nine Lite entry door, a set of 6′ double doors on the back end, and 4’×12′ side porch with vinyl railing on the premium painted, urethane, and vinyl models.

Treated building come with wood railings.

The Lofted Casita provides overhead storage space with a covered entry. Windows provide for natural lighting.

Your Built-Rite building will be custom built to your specifications, allowing you to specify such things as overall building size, door and window sizes and locations, metal or shingle roof colors that blend with existing structures.

Flooring is 3/4" treated, nailed to 2"x6" floor joists placed 16" O/C and notched into skids 1". The Lofted Casita is built to provide many years of trouble-free service.

With a variety of available sizes, the Lofted Casita portable building makes a great backwoods or lakeside cabin.
